Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout. This includes shipping address updates. We are unable to change anything once the order has been received. Please double check your information.

- If for any reason you do not absolutely love your Girl Tribe goods, we will gladly issue a gift card for online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase date, lest the cost of shipping ($8, will be applied even if shipping was free to the customer). Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Girl Tribe Co. reserves the right to refuse a store credit or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
- If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot sell - we will send an invoice to ship back to customer. Please know that we are a small business and every single item counts and we cannot offer free shipping back in this case.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and are responsible wholly for tracking.
- **FACE MASKS, Gift cards, earrings, bralettes, beauty, candles and all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The return total will be credited back to a customer issued gift card, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Girl Tribe Co. to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Girl Tribe Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
- This policy is in place from the date of the purchase, not date of delivery.
IN STORE PURCHASES:
- Please allow up to 2-4 days for this to be ready at the store! This inventory will be coming from our warehouse location, not our store inventory, Thank you!
- You can exchange in-store purchases at the Girl Tribe Southend store with your original invoice or receipt. Please note that purchases made in-store are limited to a 14-day exchange policy only. After 14 days, it is truly a final sale and no adjustments or exchanges will be made (except with special holiday timelines).
- **Gift cards, earrings, bralettes, beauty, candles and all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
- ALL ORDERS NOT PICKED UP BEFORE 12/24 WILL BE TAKEN BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE AND WILL BE INDIVIDUALLY INVOICED TO SHIP TO YOU AFTER 1/1/22. WE WILL NOT HOLD THESE ORDERS AT 1800 CAMDEN SUITE 102 AFTER 12/24/21

- Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue a store credit, less the cost of original shipping. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the store credit to be issued
- All in stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days and are mailed via USPS Priority Shipping. Please allow for up to 4 business days for us to process and pack the order. We fill orders just as fast as we can! Please be aware, if the product is for pre-order - please refer to product page for specific dates. Also, if you have an item in your order that is a pre-order, the order will ship complete - which means, the entire order will ship together, we no longer split orders.
- We cannot offer expedited shipping at this time.
- Flat Rate Shipping is $8, Orders Ship free over $100+
