Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout.
- If for any reason you do not absolutely love your Girl Tribe goods, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase date, lest the cost of shipping ($6, will be applied even if shipping was free to the customer). Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 3-5 business days. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- Girl Tribe Co. reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
- If an item is returned in a condition that we cannot sell - we will send an invoice to ship back to customer. Please know that we are a small business and every single item counts and we cannot offer free shipping back in this case.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and are responsible wholly for tracking.
- **Gift cards, earrings, bralettes, beauty, candles and all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Girl Tribe Co. to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Girl Tribe Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
- This policy is in place from the date of the purchase, not date of delivery.
Please Note: we are only able to issue refunds on online purchases if they are shipped back to our warehouse. Refunds will not be issued in our Southend store, but you may bring your item back to the store for an exchange or store credit.
IN STORE PURCHASES or Invoiced PURCHASES:
- You can exchange in-store purchases at the Girl Tribe Southend store with your original invoice or receipt. Please note that purchases made in-store are limited to a 14-day exchange policy only. After 14 days, it is truly a final sale and no adjustments or exchanges will be made (except with special holiday timelines).
- IN STORE PICK UPS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS OF FULFILLMENT. AFTER THIS TIME, WE WILL ARCHIVE THE ORDER AT OUR WAREHOUSE FACILITY. WE WILL ASK THAT YOU PAY FOR SHIPPING AND SHIP TO YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
- **Gift cards, earrings, bralettes, beauty, candles and all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
- If you would like to send a return or exchange back through the mail, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. We will then issue you a RA#, please include this in your package before returning. You have 14 days to return your item or it is final sale.

- Securely pack your merchandise and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.
- All in stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days and are mailed via USPS Priority Shipping. We fill orders just as fast as we can! Please be aware, if the product is for pre-order - please refer to product page for specific dates.
- Flat Rate Shipping is $6
- **If you choose local pickup and then need your order to be shipped, email email@example.com with your order #. We will send you an invoice for $6 shipping. Once paid, we will then proceed with fulfillment but please be aware that this may add a few days to the process.
LOCAL PICK UP FAQS:
- If you are local to Charlotte, you may choose "Local Pick Up" at check out. Pick up is at the Girl Tribe Southend Store – 1800 Camden Rd. Suite 102 Charlotte, NC 28203.
- You will receive two different emails after your order is place – an order confirmation and an order "Fulfillment" email when the order is ready for pick-up *Please note that we cannot guarantee your order will be ready for pickup until you receive the second email.
- Our store hours are M-S 10AM-6PM & S 11AM-5PM.
- If you cannot pick up your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and we will send you an invoice for shipping ($6).
NOTE: AFTER 30 DAYS OF FULFILLMENT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE HELD AT OUR WAREHOUSE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS PICKED UP PAST 30 DAYS. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE AFTER 14 DAYS, REGARDLESS OF WHEN PICK UP OCCURS. PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED AND FILLED.
